Terms of Service

Last updated: October 29, 2026

1. The service

Junctionary Pulse ("the Service"), operated by Junctionary Systems LLC ("we"), provides automated weekday Pulses for the subjects you choose. Each Pulse covers one subject in our catalog โ€” a company or ticker, a sector or theme, or another catalog subject such as a league, an asset class, or a topic area โ€” condensed into a five-minute morning briefing.

Pulses in our curated catalog โ€” including Apple, Nvidia, ServiceNow, Microsoft, and AWS โ€” receive curated coverage with deeper editorial treatment. All other Pulses receive standard coverage. Human plans are delivered by email and web, and include price alerts and a weekly digest. Agent plans are delivered as structured JSON through our API.

2. Plans and billing

3. Accounts

Human-plan accounts sign in with passwordless magic links sent to your email โ€” there is no password to manage. Keep access to your email address secure; activity under your account is your responsibility. One account per customer unless we've agreed otherwise.

4. Acceptable use

Use the Service lawfully. Agent-plan customers: respect the published rate limits, don't share or resell your API key, and don't redistribute Pulse content or API responses as a competing product. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, nonpayment, or violation of these terms.

Push delivery (webhooks)

Agent-plan customers may register https endpoints to receive each morning's Pulses by POST. Every delivery is signed with your per-webhook secret (HMAC-SHA256 over timestamp + "." + raw body (timestamp from X-Pulse-Timestamp), sent as X-Pulse-Signature) โ€” verify the signature before trusting a payload. We retry once on failure and then log it; keep your endpoint reachable, and note we may disable webhooks that fail 7 days running. Payloads contain only the Pulses your plan entitles you to.

5. Informational purposes only

Pulses are automated summaries for general information. Stock prices shown are previous trading-day closes for reference only, and sentiment tags are automated heuristics โ€” rough signals, not analysis. Nothing here is financial, investment, legal, or professional advice. Verify important information independently before acting on it. Decisions you make based on Pulse content are your own, and we are not responsible for the outcomes of actions you take based on the information in a Pulse.

Pulses, including Sports Pulses and any win chances assessments, are informational estimates only. A win chances assessment is our estimate, from published coverage, of a team's or athlete's chances of winning an upcoming game or event; it is not odds and it is not a guarantee of any result. Do not use Pulse content to place bets or to make gambling decisions. We do not offer betting, odds, or wagering services.

A Pulse is produced only when the source coverage available that day is sufficient to support one. When coverage is too thin, we may deliver a short notice saying so instead of a Pulse for that subject that day, and no sentiment tag or win chances estimate is produced for that subject that day. A single fresh item may support a shorter Pulse, which says so in the Pulse itself.

6. Intellectual property

Pulse text, summaries, and site content are ours. Underlying news articles belong to their publishers โ€” we link to sources rather than reproducing them.

7. Availability

We aim to publish every weekday morning around 6am Central Time, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Price alerts depend on third-party market data and may be delayed or unavailable. Pulse archive data is retained for 90 days.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Texas law.
